Dit doen wij met verschillende technieken zoals fotogrammetrie en LiDAR.<\/p>\n<p>Wij hebben een team samengesteld uit gekwalificeerde landmeters en data verwerkers om hoogwaardige producten af te leveren. Wij voeren altijd een kwaliteitscontrole uit op de metingen en deze wordt standaard meegeleverd met de eindproducten.<\/p>\n<p>Fotogrammetrie is, kort uitgelegd, meten in foto\u2019s die genomen door een drone. Op basis van foto\u2019s die we via remote sensing verkrijgen, maken we met 3D mapping software een model waarin nauwkeurig gemeten wordt.<\/p>\n<p>Uiteraard komt er wat meer aan te pas dan een meetlat. Voor fotogrammetrie gebruiken we een drone met een gps aan boord, die van iedere foto nauwkeurig weet waar die genomen wordt. Bijgevolg krijgt iedere foto een XYZ-co\u00f6rdinaat. Met al deze foto\u2019s, die geografisch correct in de ruimte worden geplaatst, wordt een puntenwolk gevormd, de basis voor een 3D-model.<\/p>\n<p>De uitdaging van fotogrammetrie zit in het vastleggen van goede en consistente data om uiteindelijk correcte resultaten op te leveren. Het is tenslotte het eindresultaat dat telt en niet de methode om de data te verzamelen. Dankzij visualisatie van deze big data kunnen mensen betere beslissingen nemen. De landmeetkundige drone die we gebruiken voor fotogrammetrie is uitgerust<\/p>\n<p>met een RTK (Real-Time Kniematic)\/PPK (Post-Processed Kinematic) systeem dat de nauwkeurigheid op de verticale as drastisch verbetert en tegelijkertijd de<\/p>\n<p>noodzaak aan de hoeveelheid controlepunten vermindert. Met mapping software kunnen we de grootste en meest uitdagende 3D-modellen reproduceren van bestaande infrastructuren, afgeleid van foto\u2019s en\/of punten van een 3D-scan. Het resultaat is een realistisch uitziend 3D model dat vanuit alle hoeken kan worden bekeken.<\/p>\n<p>Onze 3D-modellen in fotokwaliteit zitten vol details en zijn ruimtelijk correct dankzij de hoogwaardige mapping software en de cutting-edge technologie op onze drones. Ze kunnen hierdoor gebruikt worden om operationele beslissingen te nemen. Projectmanagers kunnen deze smart data gebruiken in elke stap binnen hun operatie van ontwerp tot onderhoud. Accuraatheid is een belangrijk criterium voor UAV mapping projecten. Bijvoorbeeld bij het berekenen van volumes van zandbergen, stortplaatsen en steengroeves. De drone vliegt volgens een vooraf gedefinieerde route en neemt overlappende foto\u2019s van het op te meten gebied. Zo wordt er data gegenereerd voor orthofoto\u2019s, DEM\u2019s (digitale hoogtemodellen), 3D-modellen en puntenwolken die in uw GIS-workflow ge\u00efntegreerd kunnen worden.
